Welcome to Morel Milano, a unique experience that combines the beauty and history of a 1930s industrial architecture with the versatility of a village. Morel isn’t an abandoned industrial site, but rather an authentic, well-maintained and flexible space where a floating and light atmosphere take place.

Once home to a cotton footwear components manufacturing, Morel Milano is an ambitious project that began in 2022 and continues to evolve over time. Today, Morel hosts events including dinners, team buildings, workshops, and photoshoots.

In 2024, the 7,000 square meter village will take shape, we will give an identity and functionality within the 8 architectures and their respective streets. We will offer long-term rental solutions for architectural firms, design and media production studios, as well as short-term rental options for pop-ups, showrooms, temporary workshops, and film studios. In our outdoor areas, almost everything that usually happens indoors, from meetings to film screenings, will be possible.
