MOREL

From 1926 until 2021, La Morel was home to a cotton fabric manufacturing plant for footwear.

It is a rare example of an original 1930s industrial complex in Milan, where the architectural logic of the era and meticulous restoration over the years shape its village-like character.

POSITION

Morel is located in the Garegnano district and it enjoys a strategic logistical position due to its proximity to the A8 and E64 highway junctions and its adjacency to Viale Certosa, the main connecting route to Parco Sempione and the historical city center.
