MOREL IS

Morel, from 1926 until 2021, was a cotton fabric manufacturing facility for footwear. It is a unique experience that combines the beauty and history of early 20th-century industrial architecture with the multifunctionality of a village. An authentic and well-maintained place.

A 7,000 square meter area divided into 8 architectures, each with its own identity and history. For each building, we offer long-term rental solutions for offices, workshops, and showrooms.

POSITION

Morel is located in the Garegnano district, a calm area that has remained unchanged over time, just a short walk from the Certosa di Garegnano.

It enjoys a strategic logistical position due to its proximity to the A8 and E64 highway junctions and its adjacency to Viale Certosa, the main connecting route to Parco Sempione and the historical city center.
